Hickson is probably never going to be a great passer. He gets pretty severe tunnel vision when he gets the ball.

It's no secret I dislike LMA, so I did a little digging to see whether his scoring leads to wins. I also looked at Nic, since he's my favorite player, just to have a comparison. I don't know how meaningful this is, but I thought it was interesting. Here goes...
When LMA scores 20+ we have won 10 times and lost 7 times.
When Nic scores 20+ we have won 9 times and lost 3 times.
When LMA is our leading scorer we have won 5 times and lost 7 times.
When Nic is our leading scorer we have won 8 times and lost 4 times.
That's all...
We have lost 7 times when LMA has scored 20 or more points. Versus Detroit, Dame and Nic were a combined 6 of 27 shooting. No other player scored over 20. Against LA, no other player scored over 11, Dame shot 4-17 that game. Against Boston, nobody else scored over 11. Nic shot 2-11. Against OKC, we got an ok performance from Dame, but, again, Nic shot 1-11, which killed us. Against Sacramento, Nic second leading scorer with 17, but he shot 4-12. And finally against Dallas, Wes also scored 20. But we had Dame and JJ shoot 5-23. The OKC loss was the only loss for him scoring over 20 where he shot less than 46%, so it's no tlike you can even make the argument that his scoring was coming at the detriment of our team, that he was taking shots away from guys.

You certainly brought down the wrath of the forum with that post, Blue!

Is it LMA's fault Batum's scoring cannot be relied upon?
This forum have a lot of number crunchers. They know their shit. If blue thinks he can pull olive trolling on Aldridge; he better come with stronger shit than the weak sauce he just posted.

I don't think it was that post, per se. I think a lot of people are getting sick up and fed with the constant, constant LaMarcus bashing. We get it already. You certainly brought down the wrath of the forum with that post, Blue!

LMA last 10 games. 19 ppg/10 rpg.
LMA last 2 games - 20/15 and 27/10
Herp a DERP a herp
LMA 29/10 so far. He is the only player who bothered to show up tonight.
He is certainly no Adam Morrison, though.
Using your past logic. All those stats were worthless. They lost. Horrible shot selection at the end there.
Yeah because no one else was playing well offensively tonight. Stop reaching. Aldridge didn't win; he just scored. The team needs to win; not an individual.

Using your past logic, you should be slobbering all over LMA, since he put up numbers yet his team lost.
Instead, you're trashing him on a Blazer board. Plus, you said LMA had been playing poorly recently, yet the Blazers were 13-6 in their last 19 games prior to last night, with LMA averaging 20/9. Using my "logic", that means he's been playing well.
Issues...
Aldridge's fg% has been the worst of his career by a wide margin.
So is Batum's
You said FG% in your post, no?
Keep your bullshit straight, Mickzagger
