I think Lawrence Frank is a pretty patient coach, and probably will be able to handle teaching rookies.

If the Nets had Larry Brown or Rick Adleman I don't think it would turn out as good.
 
^^Your right. Brown and Adleman are not patient and want to win immediately so they sit out rookies.
