Anyone know what vets are still out on the market that still have something left in the tank? I think Corey Maggette is still out there, and Delonte West is in China. Probably would be bad elements to bring in though. Would be interesting to think about if they made a lopsided trade at the deadline and had some open spots.

Would you take a chance on Stephen Jackson? Quite talented on the offensive end... Can get to the basket and hit the three-pointer consistently... Able to play the point... Very tough defensively... Very aggressive when he's into it... Pretty strong... Must improve decision-making... A hothead sometimes... Turnover prone... Has some baggage.

we need a BIG, PF or C, preferably a PF/C but a backup C is the numero uno priority easily IMO

Heh. This read like a newspaper article.

Jason Collins is a veteran defensive 5 who's unsigned.

There was a rumor that Antonio McDyess wanted to return to the NBA and was in great shape.

Did you see him on the Clippers? He has a pot belly, the guy is not in basketball shape.

Shawn Kemp has kicked the drugs and is in the best shape of his life.... we should bring him back.

I hear he's been training with John Lucas in Houston and has his pre-lockout hops back.

Why? TRob and Leonard aren't cutting it?

Trob is for the most part. It is no secret that Leonard isn't though.

I think we could use a big but I don't see Tyrus making a dent in the rotation which is a sad state of affairs for the guy.

they're doing fine, I think Tyrus could be another guy like JJ Hickson though where he has bounced around a bit with teams that didn't really put him in the right role. I think he is a better defensive player than both T Rob and Meyers right now though and could help more than they could this season. His athleticism and defensive instincts would be a nice addition to the bench. If he came in and played well we might be able to flip him down the line for a piece that would fit better. The last couple years were really rough in Charlotte but prior to that he always had a solid PER and defensive stats

You sure he wouldn't become another "Untouchable?"

Are we just going to throw out weird names? How about Sergio then? Top 5 in total points in the Euroleague right now.
