You can get a free tall brewed coffee at all Starbucks shops in Oregon and Southwest Washington. The coffee will be a special early release of the Starbucks Anniversary Blend. The free coffee giveaways begin in the morning when the stores open and will continue until 10:30 a.m. Starbucks opened the shop in Pioneer Courthouse Square back in August 1989.
