If he moved to the side and out of the way, he is no longer in danger. The use of deadly force is obviously not justified and when this ice officer gets doxxed his life will be hell. Prosecuted or not.

While it's good to know who these agents are to help ensure accountability, doxing is what has justified them driving around in unmarked vehicles, with masks, no identification, some of them in civilian clothes, snatching people off the streets, looking like kidnappers or terrorists.

And he's violating DHS policy by standing in front of the vehicle as well as firing at the operator of a moving vehicle.

So he created a bad situation by violating official policy and in doing so terrified a civilian bystander and then murdered her.
