The Epstein files (the tiny portion we've actually seen) are "pretty damning". So is everything we have seen and heard about January 6th. You don't really believe that anyone (whatsoever) in our current administration and congress is going to do anything (whatsoever) in regards to accountability, do you??? I don't expect much from the Republican controlled congress or the current administration. They are already trying to sweep it under the rug, by calling the victim a terrorist and claiming she tried to run down an officer when she was clearly trying to drive away. The Dems will certainly have something to say on this. Minnesota might prosecute, if they can. That dude should definitely lose his job. If straight up murdering people goes without accountability, then we are very screwed, not that we aren't already.

If she was indeed accelerating towards another person, whether they be police or civilian, yes, absolutely. That's defined as attempted murder in every single state, and legally justifies using lethal force. Whether that's what happened here, I don't know for sure, but it looks that way to me.

His hand was on his gun, justifiably so. He drew when she shifted into drive and started to move. Shot #1 she was absolutely a threat.
