No, but the refs did decide that anyone bumping Roy wasn't going to be called for a foul but anyone on Portland bumping a Houston player was going to be called for one.

When you are a young team you at least need the refs to call it even. They didn't early, and Portland fell apart. Houston played better, but the Refs certainly didn't help the Blazers out.
