Ed Davis is having a great game, dunking McCollum's many missed long shots. The Pretender to the Power Foward, Meyers Leonard, is shooting 2-8.

Davis will take the starting PF job from Leonard soon.

Maybe not. Meyers has that job because he can shoot and spread the defense. He's having a bad night, but in the long run will still have this advantage over Davis. I love how Davis is looking though.

Leonard is fine, he isn't a good perimeter defender though. He is WAY better downlow.

I'm not normally one who will even look at +/-, but I think this is one scenario where Meyers' +/- is actually partially showing his worth.

This team would be right back if we had a low post scorer who could command a double team. Everyone can shoot - except Plums.

Aminu looks awesome. His team defense and weakside shot blocking is a huge upgrade from Nic.

That might not fit in very well with our offense though.

There's a lot of positives to talk about, but one name I haven't seen mentioned much - but who I've really enjoyed watching on the floor - is Plumlee. He picked up some quick fouls, but I really like what he's doing on the floor. Every one of our bigs is a better team-defender than LMA, and that alone makes them better players.

I just love how we can score in bulk. Our Costco offense is awesome.

I also love that our defense picked it up the first half of the 2nd quarter to not lose the lead.
