I, for one, am glad that I only have to go through about 20 hours before wiping the taste of the bad 3rd/half of 4th quarter against the L*kers out of my mouth. If this was a 2-day rest before an eastern road trip or something? Yeesh. I mean, there were still people wearing L*ker jerseys in the stadium at the end of the game! I can't remember the last time I saw that.

Doing some research today (FL passed a law last year to remove Savings Time altogether), it got blocked federally because of, get this, the PTA saying it's more dangerous for kids to walk and drive to school in hours of darkness. Not farmers. Or energy consumption. Kids walking to school.

I don't know about you guys, but for about half the year in Western WA (and Germany, for that matter), I was walking to the bus stop in the dark, and I know that I almost always did on the late bus coming home after sports practice.
