Did he not play well, with that same "energy" in the first half, when the game was still tight and undecided?

There's a big difference between being impressed and hating on a guy just to hate on him. He didn't really taunt anyone. He took the ball and walked toward the other end of the court. Even Calabro mentioned that Nunally was laughing about the play at the time. Nobody disrespected anyone. You're just inventing a reason to hate on your favorite target even when he played well.

BNM
That is exactly why he got the T. He disrespected the ref, not the player.

Blaming someone else for your own lack of effort is pretty weak. I get that Jimmy is a big distraction, but where was the defensive effort from KAT and Wiggins last season? Where was it the year before? The lack of effort on the defensive end was there before Jimmy arrived. He shouldn't have called them out about it publicly, but on the other hand, he shouldn't need to call them out at all. They are both max contract players. They should be putting out max effort at both ends of the court.

KAT and Wiggins have an opportunity to prove Butler wrong. Lacking the intestinal fortitude to do so, they instead prove him right. Glad those two aren't Blazers.

I think DST is the way to go, makes for longer days with day light, which we need here in the NW.
And actually, it now is lighter earlier.
I'd rather have my hour of daylight in the morning than at night. I'm not a morning person, and I need it to get me going. I get that I'm probably in the minority opinion though.

Wolves are a disaster.
Thibs the wrong coach to help these younger kids through it. Hes old school tough. KAT and Wiggins are....not.
Butler is as tough as they come and spent last season dealing with it. Now hes done. He isn't handling it well but he cant stand his team.
The whole thing is a mess.

They should bring KG into the front office. Tougher than shit and also relates to players. Might be a good bridge. MN loves him. KG was an ass to play against but universally respected.

Well said, VERY well said.

Hard to do when the coach continues to enable the guy chastising them. I can see it both ways. If my colleague is talking shit about me to everyone and is bending every rule possible (missing games/skipping practices/etc etc), and my manager turns a blind eye towards it, and I know that the colleague and manager will both be gone long term while I have a contract to stay, I wouldn't give a shit either.

Also glad Thibs isn't our coach.

What is it with the dude sitting in the middle chair for the outsiders trying to push his chest out for the entire show? That guy just looks like a complete moron trying to impress chicks or something? Dudes? :dunno:

Classic case of someone who recently started lifting weights and is trying way too hard to show off.

He doesn't look comfortable in his own skin sitting there. It's almost painful to watch. The worst part is i lose track of what they are talking about which doesn't seem to keep my attention really well anyway.

The whole show seems uncomfortable to me. I wonder how much different it would feel if they did it from the old Talking Ball set. Them sitting around in chairs staring at their computers is definitely not working.

Did you also not give a shit the year before your collegue started talking shit about you? Whats the excuse for Towns and Wiggins not giving a shit about playing defense last year, or the year before that? Whose fault was that? I know they are young, but neither one has shown even the slightest inclination that they give a fuck about even trying to play defense. It ws that way before Jimmy started ruunning his mouth and I expect it will be the same after he's gone.

The solution is simple. Don't like Jimmy talking shit about your defense, start playing some.

Pic?

I actually looked for one but i can't find it. Probably tough for you to get a chance to watch with what you do. But it's pretty bad. I will continue to try and get a picture for you. Or maybe some of the video?

I wish we could invent a zap collar that shocked Nurk every time he brought the ball below his shoulders.

This is my biggest pet peeve about Nurk.

I'm yelling middle school basketball terms at him...
Every time he does it I'm like "CHIN IT!!"

Who was cheering "WHITE TOWERS" with me!!??

Difference is you could get fired from your real life job.

Why do people create the false equivalence of comparing this to a regular job?
