That’s cool how Trent got 0 minutes in the second half while Tolliver did that really shows the team minutes are earned not given.

I really don’t think this is that bad. We’ll be back next year fully healthy. Why not just develop the young guys, keep getting Simons better, get something for Whiteside/Baze use the new lottery pick for help and run that shit back next year.

Its clear this roster is broken

Yea the IR is pretty clear.

Dame was 6/10. If you add free throws he had 15 shooting possessions. He scored 27 on those 15 shooting possessions. CJ shot 11/21, adding free throws he had 22 shooting possessions. He scored 24.

We were sold on them like they were going to be contributors. There were other guys you could’ve signed. I’ll tell you one thing...I’d take Melo over both of them right now

Olshey is as much of a salesman as he is a GM. Last year after make no moves he sold us on how important chemistry was. People that change would be exciting and bought in to the crap Olshey was selling. Unless you're getting vets chasing rings, you should be skeptical if any addition for the vet minimum or in a trade for Evan freaking Turner or Meyers Leonard.

When you have Dame and CJ and they are without Fox and Bagley.... you are Sheppard to win those games.

This is really really depressing.

Why? The injuries screwed us. It’s not because our roster is completely healthy and we suck.

We’ll be back next year healthy and a low level lottery pick we can atleast use for something

I agree with you being critical of Olshey. Having said that, you just listed two vet minimum signings has not being quality players; well that's why they got the vet minimum. Having to play a bunch of vet minimum and rookie scale players big minutes is the problem.

Personally, I don't expect those guys to play great - but I expect them to play hard and smart. Isn't that what you bring in guys like that for?

Yeah that was a bright spot.

Guys, we will be 4-10 soon. That’s just sad.

oh come on everybody loved the moves we made. Although the Tolliver and Pau signings were weird a lot of us including myself thought we made nice upgrades

Ant started 1 for 9 shooting...that was the game...he was getting a lot of touches

I don't think the two guys in question (Tolliver / Mario) don't play hard. Smart, well, that's a bit more tricky. I haven't seen anything about their basketball IQ that is any worse than before we signed them. We are starting vet minimum guys and getting vet minimum production out of them, this shouldn't be surprising. Expecting these guys to be solid contributors as a starter would be surprising.

1990-91 Blazers team had franchise best regular season record 63-19. During that season, they had an 11 game stretch where they lost 8 games. We'll be fine.

Are any of those players on this team?

That stat is meaningless. This is a far far far far far far far far inferior team. Not even close.

Give the Kings credit they out hustle us and they pretty good defense. For it lackluster effort by majority of the team. Right now we inexperienced players and the ones that inexperienced are not very talented. I glade Stotts getting some the younger players to gain experience.

meh. Dame made a number of mistakes and missed open players quite often tonight. Some of his misses were terrible shots (for example, near the end he had a wide open lane and took a lean-in 3). Our whole team is in a mental funk.

Everybody? Vegas and most national media had us winning less games than last year. Fans who had been banging on Olshey to get rid of Aminu and Harkless thought (aka hoped) their wishes were going to lead to more wins.

Mario looks clueless out there tonight.

Is Terry gonna wake up and actually hold his players accountable? Season is about to slip out of their hands if he doesn't do anything.

Accountability wouldn't even be 10 top on our list of problems. You want Stotts to make chicken salad out of chicken s***, well that isn't going to happen.
