Bucks have a good record for a reason

And the Blazers have a good record as well. But if I look at the 2 games so far, Bucks look the much better of the two teams. CJ got stupid hot in the first game but that isn't something you can rely on and is more of an aberration.

I don’t get this. Best record in West and 90% of you said we’d lose this game, that it was a schedule loss, etc. Now we suck because we’re down big vs an 8-1 home team?

We have a 5-3 road record. They have an 8-1 home record. And our home win vs them was a great win by 15 points that can’t get written off because CJ played well.

As I said about the Knicks game there going back to same routine they play last year that's included the players and the coach. I told myself if they play like that against the Bucks we will get blown out and so far I am right.

There really isn't much point in playing the 2nd half if we're going to give half assed effort and the refs are going to fuck us on top of it. I wonder if the two are related at all. I'd find it hard to put out effort if I was already having a bad shooting night, then whenever I tried to play defense I got whistled, and then I get hacked on the other end and get nada. Then the other team starts feeling good about themselves and hitting shots and you have to play 82 of these games. Yeah I might say fuck it once in a while too.

We all know this game is an L when we saw the 6 game schedule as well as the next game. Blazers blew the opportunity on beating the Lakers and the Wolves.

They get into this rut for stretches every single year under Stotts. They just go on autopilot and don't seem to care that much.

Good god. Yeah, he hits the occasional 3, but he fucks us over on defense far more than he ever helps on offense in extended minutes. And if he's not hitting 3s, he's fucking our offense too. He's bad enough in limited minutes 9 times out of 10.

Turnovers & bad shots kill you against the Bucks.

Everytime Layman shoots Freak takes off to the other end make or miss.
Layman has missed every shot and Bucks got easy buckets to start the game after that.

Bad shots & Turnovers also allow Bledsoe to get in transition. Prevents Portland from setting their defense.
Need good shots, and no limit turnovers in the second for Portland to have a chance.

So this was before the game STARTED, I was having a conversation with my Dad about if the right move was to Rest Dame, CJ, Nurk tonight. It was a terrible schedule match up. Might as well get the guys like Trent and Simons some run.
I know people hate resting but if I was the coach I would have considered it. I know its easy to say now that their getting mauled, but overall how do people actually feel about taking those “schedule” losses and using those to get young guys minutes instead of put out your stars.
