• Friday marks the second of four regular season matchups between the Trail Blazers and Pelicans in 2016-17.

• LAST MEETING: New Orleans defeated Portland, 113-101, on Nov. 18 behind a game-high 38 points (14-22 FG, 8-10 FT) from Anthony Davis.

• Anthony Davis’ 38 points on Nov. 18 represents his highest scoring total in 15 career games against the Trail Blazers. Davis has scored at least 20 points in four of his past five games against Portland (27.6 ppg).

• Portland is 14-5 against New Orleans dating back to the start of the 2011-12 season (8-2 last 10 games).

• The Trail Blazers have won 10 consecutive games against the Pelicans at the Moda Center. Portland’s last home loss to New Orleans was on Nov. 26, 2010 (97-78).

• Damian Lillard has averaged 27.8 points over his past four games vs. New Orleans. Lillard has two games with 30+ points in those four contests.

• Mason Plumlee (13 pts, 12 reb) registered a double-double in Portland’s first matchup against New Orleans this season.

• CJ McCollum scored 24 points at New Orleans on Nov. 18, and has now averaged 25.2 points over his past five games
against the Pelicans (5.3 ppg in first four matchups). McCollum scored a career-high 37 points on 14-of-22 shooting

• Portland has produced a scoring average of 108.9 points per game (5th in NBA), while New Orleans has allowed
106.0 points per game (22nd in NBA).

• Pelicans forward Anthony Davis is ranked second in the NBA in scoring (31.3 ppg), while Damian Lillard is ranked
fifth with a scoring average of 28.4 points.

• CONNECTION: New Orleans guard Tim Frazier spent parts of two seasons with Portland in 2014-15 and 2015-16,
averaging 1.9 points and 1.5 assists in 40 games (one start).
