a team scores 71 points in a half while shooting over 60% on FG's, 39% on three's, 86% on FTs; has out-rebounded the opponent and only had 6 turnovers. Yet, they only lead by 2. Might that be a reason to look at the defense?

Powell??? Why the fuck wouldn’t the team trade CJ “the ball stopper” McCollum?? Powell’s balling and I’m confident he would more than make up for CJ’s production if given the same minutes (plus with better defense).

Honestly curious how this team would play without CJ for 10-15 games. I doubt there will be much drop off on offense.

CJ has missed two stretches of games in the last 3 season. The end of the 18-19 season and last year with the broken foot. Portland's record in those game was 22-12.That's a pace for 53 wins in a regular season. That's better than all but the one season that Portland has had with CJ

making it more dramatic is that Nurkic missed almost all of those games as well.

Portland would not miss CJ, especially if they got a decent return by trading him
