So right about the trash. I-5 and I-405 have basically turned into dump sites on some days. Portland used to be such a clean city....not any more. Sad.
The homeless in Eugene make a living off the roadside litter....steady army of can collectors

Legalized weed practically eliminated the community service slave labor we use to populate litter patrols.

One bright spot is that I believe Vonleh only gave up 4 points to Giannis. That is OUTSTANDING defense by Noah.
just an ugly shooting night from our best shooters...I love Vonleh's game...Vonleh and Nurk can develop into a force

Why did Pat play only 16 min... his threat of three opens things up... instead Stotts plays a bunch of guys that can’t shoot for long stretches... Turner is just painful to watch... especially paired with Harkless and Aminu

factor in the junkie ratio and in Seattle, they'd miss the bus anyway

I'm just going off the famous Nevada/California "It will cost this much to hospitalise you" model. The Ronald Reagan Cost Benefit Analysis.

Sheriff's trustees do a lot of it in Lane County...the homeless pretty much get the cans for the cause

Vonleh is a beast defensively. Next step is to develop his offensive game, because he’s got tools there as well.

The last second attack the basket and pull up jumper over Porzingis is something I didn't know he had in his arsenal. He's just usually handing off the ball to guards.

He’s shown he can hit jumpers, but I’m more intrigued by his low post game. We need to create easy shots without the shooters we’ve had in the past and Vonleh has always shown a patient back to the basket game to me with a nice hook. I don’t remember the last time we ran that, or any other play for him. I think it’s time.

He can shoot with range...he just has been under rookie status as a young guy for too long...all he needs is swagger and burn...he's as strong as Karl Malone or Brian Grant...massive lower core strength...big guys don't push him off a screen or off the block easily if at all..he's got really long reach...so does Chief...

I missed the game. Why did Noah only play 24 mjnutes?
The box score looked like Noah & Aminu swapped the PF, and never played at the same time.
Against the Bucks length, I'd have both Aminu & Noah playing together at both forward spots.

Because Stotts is stuck on having to play Aminu and Harkless together most of the time.

There's over 1,000 more homeless people in Portland and our infrastructure isn't much better.

Not sure about that. Seattle is a much bigger city with far more homeless people. And while I don't go to Portland regularly, I have to say that the infrastructure that I've seen is miles better than anything I saw in *Seattle.

But I'll say this....God help both those cities when the Big One hits. Thousands dead. Old Town Seattle is gonna crumble like a cheap French hooker.

This. You can blame it on the leadership and the increased population numbers this past decade.

It’s great they stand up for their team mates but after 5 years it’s inexcusable for Meyers to be this bad. He is worth nothing on the trade market, maybe a second round pick at best

This. Sorry Nurk, you haven't seen what we have for the past 5 years.

Blazer fans don’t like guys that don’t try, it’s historically accurate with this fan base when you have very loved past blazers like kersey or Wesley Matthews and then guys who are some of the most disliked as players such as Felton and Meyers. Harkless has basically joined that club.

Good for Nurk! Team first...I was blown away at how loud that airball boo was through the radio feed....they should have booed CJ

Lol right? It’s unbelievable how selfish CJs game is. Maybe that’s his role on the team and I’d get it because we lack shooters and scorers but man that guy has tunnel vision with the ball in his hands.
