I still have not yet even noticed anything with the cameras or angles or missing any action

Fun game, although not the cleanest. I've always had a soft spot for the Sixers, I guess because of Julius Erving and now because of Embiid. They've sort of been the Blazers sister team of the East - some talented teams but never quite a full complement. Ironic, that Sixers have a lot of parts we could use and vice versa. I couldn't help but think that Sixers of that much tossed around CJ for Harris deal and how it might make both teams more complete. Sixers got this monster in Embiid but until they pair him with a bona fide playmaking perimeter scorer, they're never going to be anything but pretenders. If they hadn't hired Doc, I could still hold out for the Embiid/Lillard dream tandem in Portland, but alas.

Nope! This was too much of a stretch. Where is the UNLIKE button?

RoCo starting to be the kind of contributor I hoped he'd be. Still not worth two firsts, but he seems to be finding his role and making bigger and bigger defensive plays each game.
And I don't want to hear about we gave up 2 picks for him. Neither of those would be helping us win games in the next 2 years. You think Dame gives a fuck about those 2 picks. He wants warriors around him, not 19 year olds learning the game. We don't have time for that shit, and neither does. he.

Sixers were my 2nd favorite team growing up. Those 80s teams.....LOVED 'EM!

The guy we drafted and traded had 17/7 tonight. That said, I love RoCo. He has now won two games for us with clutch defense this season. Toronto game and thus game.

Who cares. He isn't on our team and wouldn't get that here.

Nurk in the high post would also be a great option here... To your point, for us to win without those two, with some great schemes down the end was fantastic!
I feel validated haha

There are a lot of rookies taken 15th or lower having a positive impact that could help us win games. We also gave up Ariza in the process. But it was still the right trade.

Can you please tell more, so I can stop being Stotts hater?

We all want warriors. That's why talkin about JailBlazers as last great squad that was here. I wasn't worried for Covington for one second this season. If there is anything to calm me down when playoffs will start, it's his presence. Thanking god we have him. And I like some poster's Crash comparison.

The 76ers have great size. Embiid is 4-5 inches taller than Kanter. Kanter is no 7-footer.

I was pretty shocked on the opening tip off at how much Embiid towered over him. I think of Kanter as this big, incredibly strong guy. But he's nowhere near in the same class physically.

Embiid is such an amazing player. The Sixers would hands down be my favorite "other" team if they can figure out a way to get CJ on their roster. The problem is Tobias Harris is significantly worse than CJ, and Simmons is significantly better. It's hard to get the pieces to line up correctly.

I’m starting to think The Turk might be more important to keep around than Nurk. We are never gonna play D obviously and Kanter is the better offensive rebounder and scorer, things that compliment Stotts style of play.

Nurk at his peak is significantly better. But Kanter is just there for you every night doing Kanter things. Never really injured, never really playing any worse or better than who he is.

Nurk is a German Panzer while Kanter is the Sherman tank. You pick the Panzer any day if it's actually available and not broken down, but you just know there will be plenty of Sherman on any given night.

Robert Covington is such a "little things" kind of guy. On that inbounds play you can just tell around 3 seconds in he stops focusing on his man and more on the inbounder because he knows they are in danger of an inbound violation and they have to throw a riskier pass. Just really good defensive instincts.

Bro, you GOTTA' explain this post, I'm begging you. Dame shoots like shit tonight and you are blaming Terry Stotts? You just can't make this kinda' shit up FAMS.
Stotts has his flaws but it's not his fault if someone goes cold. But if you know if things don't go right it's always Stotts fault by some of these guys in this room.

Yeah i was going to call that out also? Not exactly sure how Dame missing 11 consecutive shots is Terry Stotts's fault? 5 of those shots that missed were three's that we usually want him taking. 6 of those misses were him driving trying to get calls. It did get him 15 trips to the line which he connected on 14 made free throws.

Overall thought we had strong showing on both side. On defense I didn't see a lot wide open shots and 2nd half they didn't let simmons get to his spots inside the key like the 1st half. On offense there were a lot players pitch in for that win Trent Melo Dame Kanter and others. But I thought the big key for this win was how the 2nd unit play last night. They solid on both ends and they extended then lead in the 1st half and they got us the lead in the 2nd half.

Why is Blevins on the team?
