I'm sure I didn't have quite the vantage point of multiple angles in a production room but I saw him walk off that way and I've seen him walk off like that and play the next night. If he gets treatment tonight and wants to play so we have a shot at keeping this winning streak going, then he should play.
You didn't see him walk off the court at all last night. After the game he went straight to interview and at the end of the interview he immediately sat down in the chair behind him and they started working on his knee.

This game has the feel of a letdown game. I get both teams are in the 2nd of a bank to back, but this seems almost like a 'schedule' loss.

If Portland could have kept that 20+ point leaf from the 3rd quarter and given Dame more test, I'd feel better about it, but he had tu play big minutes and go nuclear.

They are also so small (hello Neil Olshey...2- way big please), and not sure who is going to show Zion down.

It feels like they will need big time performances from players other than Dame to have a shot at this.

Little... this may mean you.

Both teams here are on the 2nd night of a back-to-back, but for the Blazers, this is the 5th game in 7 nights in 4 different cities.

Portland has now hit 5 straight victories, the longest streak of the season, and the longest since 2 seasons ago (the one where they went to the West Finals).

Blazers need to pull out all their tricks, and go for win number 6!
i
Adams looks Ready. But, I feel like another win comes our way!

You need someone ready to step in when Zion drives. Of course, who wants to take charges on him, and, even if we do, will they get called.

The thing is Zion has to guard someone, too. We need those guys to make plays. We have to score at least 120 to think we have a real shot at winning this. Against the Pels, that's achievable. It's just on given nights they can score 130-140.

At this point, I would be happy with only a one way big, preferable defensive.

Nas will get a lot of burn tonight. Roco and Nas will have to guard Zion and both will probably pick up multiple fouls.

I don't see us let down because what I see in this team now there really lock in. We might loose but it will be a tight game and lately we been winning those game. Our beach might be the key to this game.

Blazers need to win this to stay ahead of PHX and take 4th place straight out

Zion is going to annihilate RoCo, his skillset plays to RoCo's weaknesses. I hope Jones can annoy Ingram enough. Kanter vs Adams is a fun matchup. We've actually seen it before in a 5 game series....

Kanter owned his ass

Last night on TNT, they mentioned that Van Grundy has the Pels right now with the highest offensive rating in team history, and the lowest defensive rating in team history. Don’t know what to think about that.

how long is the Pelicans history?....is it just since they became the 'Pelicans" in 2012?

in any event, Portland has a worse defensive rating than the Pels...but a higher net rating, +0.7 vs + 0.2

were so good that we can afford this loss

if we win, good, if we dont win, its still good

It’s ok if we lose this game due to no rest at all

Oh man, hope they made the call to postpone the flight to today early last night so they could get a decent nights sleep in OKC.

Maybe coaching does matter just as much as talent? I have heard there is a guy in New York who has his team playing a lot better than his predecessors also.
