We aren't playing much of any defense right now. 3pt defense looks so bad without any focus. Everyone looks mentally checked out on defense. 5 games in 7 nights has a tendency to do that. Thought the league was doing away with these.

If we start making shots we normally make, we're going to win this game. We're getting very good looks every time down. Just haven't been draining them yet.

If we start making them, we can set our defense and the Pelicans might feel the pressure to try to match us, which I don't think they can do behind the arc.

They can just switch all side actions like they've been doing for the last few games. I dunno why they aren't doing it. Maybe because Zion? But just double him when he gets into the paint.

I'm consistent no matter how good or bad he is: I don't give a shit about his legacy and I'd rather see just about any other Blazer get his minutes.

by the way, Melo is 3rd on the team in FGA and usage, but 9th on the team in BoxPM and 11th in winshares/48.
