i dont think it's that simple. wizards were playing like headless chickens in the first throwing the ball around carelessly. but ya we did get super stagnant in the 2nd.

Talking about not be able to put the ball in the hoop that quarter and we lucky we down by 6. Dame 2-13 from the field and 1-6 from the 3.

We're still getting good shots when we don't settle. Heck, sometimes we're getting good shots when we do settle.

As usual, though, when our offense isn't clicking, our defense suffers, too, but that's about as poor a 2nd quarter we could play and it's a tight game.

Dame is cold as ice....went 1 for 10 from deep that qtr...that'll change...lotta game left..not a big lead.. We got this! Dame's not going to shoot 15% from the field next half...book it.

Problem was on both ends that quarter. Given how much better our offense is than our defense, the dropoff was more in that regard than anything else.
