Yeah his points and assists are at career highs through 3 games. I think he was tied for third in the league in assists before tonight and that wouldn't have gone down much. He's turning it over way too much but that's understandable seeing as he not only has an entirely new team to play with, he has to adjust to teams focusing almost solely on him every possession. I think he'll figure it out, just not right away.

He needs to quit those with bounce passes in traffic. That's really my only complaint right now. They account for at least 3-4 of his turnovers.

He has grown at taking it to the rack and finishing. He is a lot faster this year. Yes the D is a work in progress.

I don't understand.... he put up 23, 8 assists, 4 boards, and 2 steals on 47% shooting and 37.5% from three. Those are very respectable numbers.

I love Dame. But I agree with my friend that he's reached his full potential. He had an amazing rookie year in a league, but the league has adapted. Still a borderline All-Star though. Now you can stab away.
