Great game until the end when the refs had to get involved and influence the outcome. From the no call on Panarin getting hooked then calling high stick when Artemi's glove grazed a visor to whistling a clean faceoff win back the full screw was on. Loved Brian Boyle pointing out the ref's bias then correctly saying nobody wants to see a striped clown give over animated penalty calls. Good game by Laf. Chmelar is another big prospect that's going to bypass the little draftees, good to finally have a GM that understands the days of 5'8" 165lb phenoms are over in hockey.

I like chmelar. He brings much needed element that they’re missing but he is another prospect with a limited scoring ability. Being 5’8 these days doesn’t matter much if you have elite skills and speed.
