Looks like I might be watching some Netflix tonight.
Was ready after the second possession. You can just tell w this team. No fight. No pride. Just lays down and dies.

Looks like everyone got fat and lazy after Xmas.

Bro this team is such a fucking joke. You can claim that Utah is more talented but they WAY they play is so much better on both sides of the ball. I get the defense, but my goodness, Snyder can really coach on both sides of the ball. If he was our coach, I guarantee our shot quality would go up. And Snyder's a "defensive-minded head coach"...

I guess a Stotts is a "developmental-minded head coach". That doesn't make sense for a team trying to win actual basketball games. I'm so tired of getting destroyed by every solid team. I'm sure the same people who think we were gonna blow out Utah tonight aren't going to like this, but it's the truth.

This is game #32 and we have ONE win against a winning team all year. I just want us to be competitive :(

Whiteside is a starter...that's why Portland traded for him and he's doing just about as much as Nurk would be doing. This "missing 3 starters" is kind of a hollow excuse. That isn't why they trail by 17
If we had Nurk, we'd have two great centers. Makes a difference.

Technically when Dame was out a few years ago they started Shabazz, so I guess they werent missing a starter.

naw this team is fucked. I think they should tank. why fight and risk injury for an 8th spot and an inevitable sweep by the lakers. makes no sense to me. I firmly believe that Stotts has to go in order for this team to have more sucess

A lot of people wanted a foundational change this summer and Olshey gave it to us.

I would submit changing up the bench and the worst SF/PF combination in the league isn't exactly fundemental change.

I believe there starting 5 right now should be WS, Skal, Little, CJ and Dame. Much better rebounding and defense. Let Melo and Baze help out the bench.

Sometimes that may be the case, but I'm seeing some very slow close outs and a lot of slow feet.

As for talent, we have a 1st team All-NBA player, according to many here, a near all-star in CJ, a future HoF'er in Melo', and one of the better Centers in the league. Doesn't seem like that much of a lack of talent....at least with the starters.

One all star. One well above average (HW) player. One above average (CJ) player. The rest are below average to way below average including two well below in our starting lineup. We have a talent problem.

Don't you think Olshey and Stotts promised Melo he'd start before he signed with us? I agree with your lineup, but it probably isn't going to happen.
