I think Olshey's mastery of the 2nd round in kind of overrated.

Barton was a good pick but was just given away. Trent was a good pick. But Crabbe was out of the league by age 27. Layman averaged 5 points last season and is down to 2 points this season. Portland had three 2nd's in 2013, all of which were higher in the draft order than the 2nd round pick Utah traded for Gobert
