-15 for the series is helping us? He had a good first game and then barely played. If we'd've had ANY bench he wouldn't've played at all.

Would be intersting to see kpap's +/- for a series, but he hasn't been good enough to get any burn in the playoffs.

CJ has a legit shot at POW.

Some absolutely sick numbers this week and a 3-1 record

We haven't looked any worse without Damian. I love Dame and he's a great player, but he needs to check himself.
You need to check yourself. Chalk it up to Meyers busting out of his slump, Aminu and Crabbe shooting well, and CJ playing the best ball of his career. Even then, we still barely beat Sacramento and the Nuggets twice, while getting blown out by the Pelicans, Hawks, and Jazz.

He needs to check himself? Are you serious?

Last year's winner of the Most Improved Player was Jimmy Butler. Check out these comparisons to CJ in 2015-16 -

2015-16 Jimmy Buttler:
- PPG: 21.1
- FG%: 44.7%
- APG: 3.6
- RPG: 4.9
- PER: 20.6

2015-16 CJ McCollum:
- PPG: 21.0
- FG%: 44.6%
- APG: 4.3
- RPG: 3.7
- PER: 19.0

Jimmy Butler was an all-star last year. Does CJ deserve to be in that discussion now too?

Probably but the west is far too deep at the guard position for him to make it.

25% shooting in the 4th quarter.

We didn't get blown out by Hawks

LOL

CJ saying "about time you came back" to Dame and calling Harkless, "Mo Williams playing like he's from Malibu"

bwahahahah

Those offensive similarities are awesome, but... Butler was primarily known as an elite defender who developed into a legit offensive player. (Much like Sprewell back in the day, as I recall.) CJ, not so much.

He deserves to be in the discusion but I doubt he makes the team.

The Lillard injury gave CJ a bigger opportunity he's cashing in on. But it hurts Lillards chances of making it. If there was only one of them all year that player would have a better shot of making it. I'm not too worried about it though. Would be great if we are above Houston in the standings when coaches vote.

The Kobe circus is something I've never seen in my 25 years of following the NBA but at least it'll end in April.

CJ is playing at All Star level but there are too many All Star level guards out West. Curry, Harden, Paul, Dame, Westbrook, and Klay are in. CJ Is better than Klay but GS has a better record so they'll want GS to have 3 All Stars. Maybe if Klay or Harden are forwards then CJ makes it?

Starters: Kobe, Durant, Griffin, Curry, Westbrook

Bench: Harden, Paul, Dame, Klay, Kawhi, Draymond, and either Gasol or Aldridge probably.

No room for CJ :(

MJ had TWO circuses. He had a final run with the Bulls (2 actually but everyone thought he was coming back in 1993) and a final run with the Wizards.

Dame won't be an all star. Just watch. He will get snubbed.

I honestly don't expect him to be either. Doesn't bother me but I bet it bothers him. I've also wondered how he might react if CJ gets picked over him some day.

Damian hates people paying more attention to CJ, he just had to put himself back in the spotlight.

/s

Mike Barrett asked him twice if he would do the post game interview if he was still not playing.

Ironically, last year's all-star snub, Dame's response that came across as whining (one of his few PR missteps), and subsequent adding to the roster without a ton of public support at that point, seemed to be the turning point in his season...for the worse. I feel like he's been trying too hard to prove himself ever since and has yet to regain the pre-all star snub efficiency that we loved him for. Maybe getting snubbed a second time will snap him back into shape.

He had already fallen off before the snub. Hard to keep him off this year. He and Westbrook are only players in NBA in top 9 of points and assists. Maybe Harden gets snub if we have better record than Rockets.

Now that would be epic.
