I'm sorry you feel that way but my response was to Cippy91's comment that EVERYBODY thinks we need to trade one of Dame or C.J. Not EVERYBODY thinks that.

If you've followed my posts, you've seen my opinions on these matters have been consistent and steadfast. I'm not just hopping on the C.J. is god bandwagon because he's had two good games in a row.

I even started a thread a little over a week ago, that we should keep Dame and C.J. and build around them by adding Noel, Ibaka and Bogut.

The only thing new in my post was my response to Cippy91. Sorry if you felt that was directed at you personally.

I've never understood why bringing up a draft pick that was over 30 years ago, really is relevant to the game.

It's because there are no touchstones to the franchise other than that. Well. Not that they know about. They run out of things to say after a while. Same thing with the Ducks and the uniforms. That's all they talk. It gets old but we aren't exactly in the national limelight.

In their defense, they (Jackson, Breen, and Van Gundy) were talking about the best passing centers in the history of the Blazers and how Mason ranks among them. Walton and Sabonis were named and then they mentioned Bowie.
