When Melo comes back from the health/safety protocol, should he lose his spot in the rotation?

This is a hard team for me to root for because whenever they get down a certain point they just pack it in. Everyone on the team does. Then worse becomes apocalyptically bad.

Dame has never played well against the Clippers all the way back to the Chris Paul days.
 
We are going thru the motions tonight no fire. Looks like they are going thru a practice session
 
This is 3 out of 4 games where they really played like ass, and 6 out of 8 if you count the pre-season.

There is just something not right with the team, and it's not the "new defensive scheme" or "lack of practice" bullshit they're spinning either.

Dame quit when he took that running corner fadeaway 3 at the end of the first half. If you're trying to come back, that's not a shot, as a veteran, you take at that point. That's a shot you take when you want to go home as fast as you can.

it feels like only CJ worked on his game this offseason.
 
At this point, you might as well clear the bench. The lack of effort and smart play is incredibly embarrassing.

Ya know I watch a lot of basketball. Other teams just don’t hit their wide open 3’s as well as they make them against us.
 
Uh....we are supposed to close the gap, not get down by 30.

This is weak for a practice session. I know coaches that would throw everyone out of practice with this kind of effort.

I’m not watching this game, it was predictable we would suffer a let down after the Lakers win. I put this on Stotts, he doesn’t strike me as a motivator. I think we go 3-1 on the trip though so I’ll take it.

The combo of Dame/CJ/Stotts will never get us to a Finals.
 
That three from CJ just now off of that broken play off of Nurk was the beginning. The Clippers won't even know what hit them from this point going forward.

Edit: I mean even the Clippers know this is the turning point. They immediately called a timeout.
