Trouba needs to be Trouba and end someone tonight. I mean the guy does nothing else well anyway.
 
I think it is all of them. Who has really played well on O the past 2 games - ONE goal in 5 + periods would say very few. Some of the D have played well on D, Igor has been good - not tested a lot but good, but no one has shown up on O. O letting the team down again.

Kane, Z, Pan, Tro, Tara, kid line, 4th line, no one scoring as usual in the playoffs.

And how many pucks have missed the net - miss, miss, miss, miss. On and on. Kid is in their head right now, trying to be perfect when they do have a chance, miss the net.

Huge 3rd period coming up. Series defining.

He is the only ranger that actually can carry the puck into the zone and has set up multiple good chances...where is the complaints on what Mika has done...he has been invisible...our top goal scorer..

We have neutralized Mika ourselves on the PP. I keep saying, move him back to where he can one time from the boards/face off area. It will stretch out the Devils PK, give him a legit chance to score, and open up Kreider again for deflections.

They kind of have him playing a useless roll on the PP which seems to have him out of his game.
 
Unbelievable. Going back 2-2 with no momentum. And there’s Trocheck being their best player.
 
If that’s ok then Schmid needs to get taken out in a body bag.

3 on 2 and Kane gives up the puck. Jesus Christ. And someone crash into Schmid now and hurt him. Obviously it’s not a penalty.
 
Devils are going trap now. This isn't good.
 
Trocheck giveth…Trocheck taketh away. Yes Igor could’ve stopped that but Trocheck got lost and didn’t cover his man. Devils are going to make it even tougher than before to score and this team outside of a 5 minute push hasn’t shown the balls to get to the dirty areas and screen the goalie and make him uncomfortable. I mean, fuck, they literally ran over Igor with no call. That’s a green light to crash their net and crush their goalie.
 
Every time the puck gets to Schmid there’s no one there. No one is near the crease. No one is near the goalie. And then we lose another face off.

Two games on home ice and they played exactly how NJ wanted them to with a rookie goaltender. Throwing useless long shots at the net. Nobody in front. Nobody going hard to the net. Nobody willing to battle.
