That was a great period by the Rangers. Only downside was only scored 1 goal, and certainly over passed. Need to shoot and stop the fancy stuff.

I like that we killed that penalty late, you have to figure we are due a PP soon considering they had 2 and we had 0 in the 2nd.

Huge 3rd period coming up...I'd love to score the next goal and play with a little margin for error.

I love how optimistic you are that the refs will give us a PP. They owed this team majorly after missing too many men on the ice for the Canadiens only goal and they came out and called nothing on Montreal and a bogus call on Stepan. Don't expect the refs to give the Rangers any breaks. I fully expect at least 2 more PPs for them and MAYBE one for us, which will be nullified by a bogus penalty.

Also, Stepan cannot take any more draws. AV needs to put someone else out there for draws and then have them leave the ice if necessary to get Stepan on the ice because he is legitimately that awful on draws.

They have to play the third the same way. If they go into that shell like in Game 2 it isn't going to end well.

It's a shame that Kreider isn't allowed to use his size without getting a penalty called on him because this game is getting out of hand and a few good hits by him would straighten up the Canadiens. I'd also take for a few "missed" shots that hit the refs on the face.

Watch Ott hurt someone on the rangers or that asswipe Gallagher. These refs are letting this game out of hand. It is gonna get chippy as fuck.

We should dress Glass next game and only 5 d-men (we only have 5 that do anything anyways) and just have Glass jump Gallagher and pound him into next week regardless if Gallagher drops the gloves. Just pummel his face in, take the penalty and get him out of this series.

The refs lost control of this game the minute they called the penalty on Nash but let gallagher kick Hank when he was in the crease. It showed Montreal they could do whatever they wanted and get away with it, and the Rangers needed to be careful with everything the did. Now we've been stuck watching Montreal trip, board, slew foot, run the goalie all with no repercussions from the Rangers and the refs.
