Any idea if/when Frontier FIOS will carry the games in 4K. I just moved and have had Frontier for the last 7 years, just so I could watch Blazers games without paying the Comcast ransom. I'm getting Frontier at the new place and have enjoyed the games in HD, but I'm also looking at a new TV and am trying to justify the price of moving up to 4K. There isn't much 4K content available yet, but if I can get the Blazers games in 4K, that's all the motivation I need.

I'm not complaining. Like I said, I got Frontier FIOS a little over 7 years ago and have watched almost every Blazers game since (most in HD). Frontier customer service is a total pain in the ass to deal with, but the good news is the service is reliable enough that I've rarely had to deal with them.

I also got, my current TV at that same time. It was a good TV at the time (47" 1080P, built-in soundbar), but the technology is changing and I'd like to take advantage of that.

I almost go rid of my Xfinity last week until I realized that Frontier was my only other option. Fuck Frontier. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Now I am just month to month with Comcast.

Agreed on Frontier's customer service. Thankfully, I've only had to deal with then three times in seven years. They are worthless on the phone and the hold times are ridiculous. The only way to get any help is to plan on dedicating 1.5 - 2 hours of your time for an online chat session. Just find something else to do while your online with them, like read this forum, do your taxes, etc.

They offer much better pricing and a bigger channel line up than Comcast. Not that I really care about all those extra channels, but I'm getting 100/100 internet and 315+ channels (60 in HD) for $65/month and it includes one year of Amazon Prime for free. Comcast can't touch that. Plus, they are Comcast and we hate them for screwing over Blazers fans for 10 years.
