Here is my take. At 33 years old i competed in my third Ironman Triathlon. I recorded my second best time. My best time ever was at 35 years old. Sorry. Dame has more than 3 more good years.

one time, way back when I lived in Alaska, we held a drinking decathlon. Our version of the final event was a Long Island Iced Tea. I finished the race but I don't remember it....I just remember the agony of the next day
