I have nothing against Nic the person, it sucks that he's going through a shitty divorce and doesn't seem to have much confidence in his game.
But I am a Blazer fan, I root for the team and the city.
I expect better from you!Is a lotto pick too far out of reach?
Man stop with these ISO plays!
Lol. YeahOlynyk is a fucking douchnozzle.
You might want to take this to one of the many Batum threads..Batum tracker, etc...I'd rather enjoy the game.I have nothing against Nic the person, it sucks that he's going through a shitty divorce and doesn't seem to have much confidence in his game.
But I am a Blazer fan, I root for the team and the city. If a player isn't contributing to the success of the team, I want him to either step it up or become a trade asset to bring in a player(s) who will. Nic Batum has always been a talent with skills, but his motor is highly suspect and for every game that he shows his full potential, he has 3 games where he disappears or plays a passive "letting the game come to him". I'm all for glue guys and players who do the unsung dirty work that every team needs, but Batum is not that player. I lobbied for him to be traded when his value was high. I think that there are small forwards in the league who, although they would not have the talent of Batum, would have the "Wes Matthews" drive and determination to give it 100% every damn night. The Blazers should get one of those.
That's my fault. Sorry. You might want to take this to one of the many Batum threads..Batum tracker, etc...I'd rather enjoy the game.
Two of his legs were snapped off and served with butter.Honestly, if they're not going to play Crabbe, at least give a reason.
Kaman's not a very nice man, in the grand scheme of things.Odd that Kaman didn't even flinch when Bass landed.
Hope he's OK.
...except for Nic who you seem to be rooting against. Root FOR players, yeah?
Understand what chris means. He rooted for Portland before Batum and he will still root for the team after Batum. He cares about the success of The Portland Trail Blazers ahead of any one player. In this case, he thinks we could do better than Batum at the SF position. Nothing wrong with that.
I root for players who earn my rooting.
Thanks, Eric.
That's ridiculous Chris - Batum continues to play through injuries and you say he doesn't deserve your support?
