careful....there are a couple of posters here who might go off on you for even suggesting there were questions about how sustainable CJ's early season numbers were. But those numbers were so far above his norms, it was hard not to wonder
and, IIRC, his BPM 10 games in was over 7.0. At one time, he ranked 2nd in the league in PER (Kingspeed told us so many times); I can't remember what the actual mark was....around 30.0...? He's now 23rd. 12 games in, he was above Dame in PER, TS%, Assist%, Winshares/48, and BPM. Dame leads in all now, by sizable margins. This isn't so much due to Dame improving as it is to CJ regressing. Although, Dame has improved, but my theory is a big reason for that was due to how much he was deferring to CJ's hot start. The best Dame is an aggressive Dame
