Our only good win isn't against Utah. Choked against clippers. Rallied and went to OT with Denver, should of never happened. Lost by 30 to golden state and now go to OT with another shit team we should of beat easily and lose. Not looking good
It's not about that. Look how they are playing. It's nothing like last season. It's off. If they can't figure it out the losses pile upLol guys we are only 2-3. We have over 70 games to go... things will normalize.
We started off bad last season too, we are breaking in a new rotation too. It's gonna take till Christmas to get this shit solid. If we are .500 or higher by then we will be fine. It's not about that. You think the Blazers are elite? Not even close, this is a mediocre team, same as last year. It is what it is.Elite teams do not lose to Phoenix. another bad loss.
Last season, we started the year 4-9.It's not about that. Look how they are playing. It's nothing like last season. It's off. If they can't figure it out the losses pile up
We've only won in Phoenix four times since 2004. It's a tough place for us to play. That is true, they started last year shitty too. But the thing isn't not that they're 2-3, it's HOW they're 2-3. 2 home losses, and a road loss against a shitty team, and barely winning the games they did win, including one they really didn't deserve.
Explain how we could be 2-3 in a good way. Would it be more impressive if we had two blowouts and three losses where we blew it at the end? What's a good 2-3 look like? That is true, they started last year shitty too. You were saying? That was fantastic defense by Dame. He really needs to get under this teams ass, they all got paid and complacent.

It's the same team. You guys. Last year, we had the same team and you all thought we'd win 25-30 games. Then we add Evan Turner and THAT is what convinces you we're a 50 win team?4-9 exceeded expectations. 2-3 is woefully under performing based on expectations. Maybe we need to adjust our expectations, and consider this a lost season...so that way the team out performs expectations.
Travis Outlaw was good offensively.Aminu kills this team on the offensive end.
He's a Travis Outlaw clone offensively.
His defense is nice but I feel like Harkless would get more productive if was given the leash Aminu has.Aminu kills this team on the offensive end.

I think this team is still trying to figure out how all of the pieces are supposed to fit (outside of Lillard and CJ) Maybe some guys are pressing and others are just starting slowly on offense, but the lack of defensive improvement is what I find troubling.
Then again a whole lot of people just got paid this summer, it doesn't seem impossible that some guys coast a little or start thinking that they're hot shit and don't have to hustle quite as much. Who knows?
If this team still looks as flat and disjointed in 20 games then I think you can start to really worry, but I'm guessing once they run the the gauntlet in November they'll start to pick it up -- the schedule gets a bit easier, roles will hopefully be more clearly defined and hopefully some guys will step up their game.
