My point was never that discussing trades is pointless (I don't really get involved that often in trade ideas) but when someone posts a trade idea from an opposing fan and a poster acts like it's a legit trade idea, then I might comment which I did in this case and then was aggressively attacked with cuss words and calling my posts as stupid. Then I take offense. I could have easily responded in my first response that putting any weight on a trade idea from another teams forum is "fucking stupid", but I didn't. If it were the first time, I likely would have ignored it, but it has happened several times lately.

None of the fan bases know what our GM’s think or what the other GM’s think. I think the value of seeing what other fans think in trade ideas is it can give a small glimpse of how other fanbases value our players. In terms of whats a “legit trade idea” I always think beauty is in the eye of the beholder with those discussions. Some ideas are called “legit” that I think are crazy and thats both trades that happen, are rumored to happen and trades we screw around with as fans.

I hope @Lanny takes you off of ignore. I barely remember you ever being over the top rude in here if at all.

I recently took the only person I had on ignore off because it was becoming too difficult to read the main board with all the drama he is involved in. Name calling, hall monitor moderating or just plain bitching about everything. Uggh.

Mainly I'd click show ignored content and then have to do it on every page. Got tedious.
