now I know the assumption is CJ would go to some team and go crazy with usage putting up big numbers. The problem with that is if he goes to a good team, there will always be somebody like Dame standing in the way of CJ's usage. And if he goes to a bad team, then he's going to be punished for putting up big numbers on a bad team, the way Devin Booker and Zach Lavine have been punished

I don't think CJ making the all-star game in the east is certain or even likely...but I'd sure like to see him get the opportunity

Leonard is kind of a kick as he seems like an overgrown child playing a mans game at times.

He only just recently got lower insurance rates. So yeah i believe you are correct.

This is after the win. We have to win all our remaining 5 division games to match last year's record.

and, if IIRC, the 2nd tiebreaker with Utah is division record so right now, they own the tiebreaker

Props where props are due. Last night was a back alley beat down. The Blazers looked fresh, sharp and crisp. The game plan was quite good and as much as anything, it helped that Meyers was firing flameballs at will. Next step.....in-game adjustments.

I honestly like the rest that is happening. Yes i think Nurk was resting last night. I think Dame rested the last game. Healing bumps and bruises always helps.

but i still think we'd see far better from dame if we had a top flight wing.

just not sure how much this one game offsets a most games and the playoff megafail .

I think CJ just doesn't trust Aminu or Harkless as much as he trusts himself. And he shouldn't.

I disagree. Aminu has a better TS% than CJ this year at a slightly higher turn-over rate. So in the right situations, ones which are fairly typical for Aminu, CJ should trust him.
