Fake news
Yeah, Lillard not playing really hurt our defense.Lillard didn’t play. Still missing starting PF.
Doing well!I'm doing well, just got home from vacation. You?
I didn't mean you."Our goal is to keep as much continuity as possible". "Our goal is everyday we wake up looking to find ways to improve the roster" "his offseason about building a championship roster."
" Our goals were to compete and get better throughout the year." "If we can get 50 wins... is the goal I'm looking for." "I want to get into the playoffs. I want to win a championship, all these things."
Good goals? I don't know. Their only goal is to make the playoffs? False.
God that guy is comical.
I didn't mean you.
I meant them.

Actually immediately after posting it I realized it would most likely be interpreted that I was referring to you, the messenger. Not the first or last time I've been an idiot!
Its comical because its obviously wrong. RHJ has been in the league for a while, and there was nothing the organization was going to find out about him in one game that they didnt already know.I didn't get a laugh out of it, but it certainly comes off as one of those <insert theory with zero proof> type statements. Though I've probably done it myself, I'm not a big fan of those types of takes.
I do find the wide range of explinations interesting.

If that's the case, it's a made up excuse.
He could've still played RHJ minutes not at the expense of DJJ and still played DJJ some minutes in the game.
Either he's scapegoating DJJ, or there's something that he's (DJJ) doing that has pissed off the coach. Or Stotts really is a bad coach who should have been fired already.
There 3 different stats there 100 poss stat that is at 118 and there advance stats that had him at -1.6 I believe there there another stat is defense rating I believe must per game is at 113.5 I believe some people go by that one. Each one is compute differently how they come up there figure. I go by the the 3rd majority of the time to me that's real time stat to me and more as advance stats so try to predict something that actually happened plus using different catogerities. Basically everyone has a different formula how they come with there numbers.you lost me....I don't know what you're referring to

Google player name and behind there type stats then go to nba. com it will all that information.where is this 113.5 stat found? What is it?
Here would be his retort:
If I had to guess, I'd lean towards Olshey not providing that directive, but I have zero proof what the real reason was.
In geneal, I think 10 player roations are less than ideal. Sounds like yesterday was less than ideal though anyway.

im gonna kill myself
I can't imagine that Olshey is so enamored with RHJ that he demanded that not start DJJ in this scenario. It's pretty clear to see that DJJ was no longer starting anyways, and Stotts has thrown shade at him before.
Plus, Olshey seemingly *loves* Simons, yet how many games has Simons been on an incredibly short leash? So all the sudden Olshey is gonna pull clout on a guy on a 2nd 10 day contract!?
I kinda think Stotts is almost trying to get fired, because he sure won't quit.
I barely check in anymore, too hard and too little fun watching this teamCouldn't tune in but checked the score and saw the 1st quarter embarrassment. Saved myself the pain of the rest of the game
I think CJ's brother might be a little bias and cherry picking stats. The other day he called CJ one of the top 5 SG's in the NBA. I wish it was true, maybe top 10, but not top 5.
I am saying he good defender just by watching but that where his brother got them numbers. Yes it's really team effort that make successful defense. He kind like Dame sometimes he make a good defense stop and sometimes he stay in front of the person and he to short to actually contest the shot.yeah...ok. I'm not going to go thru that effort. I'm thinking if somebody is claiming some stat is showing CJ a better defender than other stats, they could actually link the stat
CJ's brother actually posted the team defensive rating. AFAIC, that kind of sets the parameter of discussion. We're talking about defensive rating
now, like all defensive stats there will be noise, maybe a lot of it. Defensive rating is much more a team rating than an individual rating. The only way I think defensive rating is a suitable gauge of a player is to compare the player's rating to his team. If he has a better rating than the team, than chances are he's a better defender than the team average. If he has a worse rating, well, there you go, and CJ's rating is worse
not only that, all of CJ's defensive numbers will be skewed because he's played a much higher percentage of the time with Nurkic than the rest of the team due to the coincidental timing of their injuries
CJ is NOT a good defender
He’s not our starting PF. Collins is.How on earth did RoCo only get one shot all game and get ZERO points. Zero Blocks. He only committed one foul all night? Zero free throws as well?
How does your starting Power Forward come up with those numbers?
It was actually a fun game. Almost came back from a 27 point third quarter defense. We lost but there were parts where it was exciting.Couldn't tune in but checked the score and saw the 1st quarter embarrassment. Saved myself the pain of the rest of the game
Lillard is our best defender at PG and Hornets are built around Rozier.Yeah, Lillard not playing really hurt our defense.
