Desperately need Meyers to raise his trade value or else we probably end up giving him away for nothing. He is a 3rd string guy. Not even bench.

You say "giving him away for nothing" like it's a bad thing.

lol honestly I just might take a 2nd round pick for him because I really believe Neil could flip that 2nd rounder into a better deal

Final Tally:
Biebs: -30 in 23 minutes
Nurkic: +19 in 21 minutes

side note: Once Nurkic gets into shape, and Dame rests whatever he's got, and ET returns, we could actually be quite good.
It would be great if Dame would pass a bit more while his shot is off

Nurk not bad stats for 19 minutes of the game. But I really see this guy on defense he make players going in there change everything they wanted to do and that changes the game. That where we had our runs in this game. Yes it was just one game but you can see this guy can play plus he has alot of energy and hopefully other players can feed off that from him.

We at least play Meyers to ride the tank and increase his value. If that''s possible. Also, it will be interesting to see if Crabbe can improve his value before now and the end of the season. But he's playing like crap much of the time. Plumlee may have been our only tradable asset.... ugh. If we trade Aminu this team will become unwatchable?

I think playing him is decreasing his value

I missed the fourth qtr but listened to the first 3 at my son's on the radio...Nurkic put up some good numbers for a first game...Meyers was a minus...I can't count that low...Dame never got it going

One thing I notice about Nurk he gets good position when he trying to get offense rebound he to far underneath the basket and to take one more step out and ball won't go over his head but he does battle though.

After watching Nurkic and how he looks a little like Sabonis. I thought how nice would it be to trade for Domantas Sabonis and then have Arvydas become the big man coach.

I think we as fans, the perception we have of our teams players is a little different than reality. For example, who on here thought Plumlee would've gotten us Nurkic AND a first round pick? I know I didn't, and I like Plumlee!

he play a lot like sabonis. if nurkic can add a 3 point game, man he is gonna be better than sabonis and maybe even marc gasol. and of course he need to condition himself, but he did really well for us tonight.

A. We don't need him to spend time practicing 3 point shooting

B. We don't need our coach posing as a poster in the forum, Terry

All I know these players going to love playing with this guy and especially Dame and CJ.

Amen (on A).

If Nurkic shoots a 3, it better be only because the period was ending and he launches it for fun.

Denny called it, actually.

Lol. It seems a bunch of people changed their vote in the poll. I did too....

LOL. There weren't that many c+ or lower grades to begin with, but most have disappeared (I was specifically watching c+ and lower - there were a total of no more than 10-12 as of game time).

Two things: One, I'd like to see The Big Nurk improve his conditioning.

Two, I'd like to see some muscle.

I've seen the Sabas comps thrown out. Sabas was more athletic at that age. So yeah, he's a young dude moving like an old Sabas. His lift on that deep shot was like watching Sabas, or even a right-handed Sam Perkins with that deep, slow draw, and getting about 3 inches off the ground.
