How many points will Afflalo score?

  • Total voters

  • Poll closed .
The good news is that Afflalo filled in well to replace Wes' shooting.

I wonder if they can find a way to lose to them again at the Moda. SMH

Yep. Because I believe that was when it was a 2 point game or whatever.

I don't remember the situation, but we would have been down by 2 a couple of occasions.

Oh well next time we see them like I said maybe the refs will give us all the calls all night and our clock operators will help us out. Did we lose? Yeah, but we got fucked all night by outside sources.

Grrr... couldn't take advantage of a Memphis loss. Not the worst thing in the world, but damn.

Yea it is.. What's your spin on this one
Like I said. Minny made some shots they don't usually make. Like Rubio's 3 and Neal went off. This is an adjustment period too. The team hasn't played without Wes in two years. Win on Wednesday and I won't complain. I thought Afflalo did a good job. Can't win them all.

I don't even want the second seed. I will take Clippers, Mavericks or Houston any day over fucking Spurs and the oklahoma Chuckbrooks.

Batum 4 points in that second half. 2 assists in the second half. and, If I'm reading it correctly, 2 rebounds in the second half.

Good first half, though.

Rubio, Wiggins, Martin and Neal lit up the court all night. Credit to the Wolves. They out right beat the good guys! Get the next one! Go Blazers!

Houston and Denver in a battle. COME ON DENVER!!!

Mavs will be 7 seed. If we are 3 seed, we will likely play Spurs.

Cleveland whiffed on the Kevin Love deal. Damnit.

Tone said it all..the defensive captain was always Wes and our defense was not crisp as a unit. It'll get better.

I'm interested in hearing people's opinions as to how we gave up 121 points to a team who averages 97.6 points per game (by coincidence we normally hold teams to 97 points).

You don't score 23.4 more points than your average by just having a lucky shooting night.

What do people think we were doing/not doing that allowed this?

bad defense.

gave up offensive rebounds all fucking night again.

there clock operators gave them a freebie 2 points.

that about covers it.

matador defense..guys overthinking where they needed to be and no Wes to tell them

Well, shit happens.

I'm this case, Gary Neal and Kevin Martin happened.

CJ touching the court happend too.

It literally was because of a hot shooting night. We were still in the game when Rubio hit that 3. He doesn't hit that we have a damn good chance of winning as we then don't have to foul (where they went from 104 to 123 pretty much).

They had a lucky shooting night. Rubio three? Neal making 8 of his first 10 shots? It just wasn't meant to be. Doesn't matter. We won't play them in playoffs. We have won 5 of our last 6 against Western Playoff teams (provided OKC makes the playoffs). Sucks to lose but if we win on Wednesday, who cares?

The good news is we don't have to face the Timberwolves in the playoffs.

I can forgive a stinker still integrating afflalo into the starting unit. But I really wanted our guys to come out inspired and take one home for wes. Im still an emotional wreck, why couldn't god take my Achilles instead? Id gladly collect workers comp while wes won a title.

The other reason they scored 121 is because we intentionally put them on the line like 12-14 (?) times in the final minute. If we throw in the towel, they only score 107

I know we said this last year, but we did look good against Spurs this season.

the spurs are dependant on how parker plays. If Parker is back to his oldself, I don't want them. Manu isn't much of a threat either more, though, he can still hit the jumper and create some offense. If the Spurs rely on just Leonard and Timmy D with no help from Parker, Manu, etc than maybe I'd be ok with them.
