Just my personal opinion, this roster is bad, especially after the injuries, but while Stotts isnt a really good coach, I think the talent outside of Dame is pretty pathetic. Their Starters should be bench players for the most part. Melo is awful, Whiteside is a good Center but Miami sure doesnt miss him. Ariza couldnt even get on the court for Sacremento frequently. Their bench, outside of Trent hasnt played well. This season makes me annoyed at NO...

Considering he coached a team to the WCF despite losing his starting center, I'd say he's good enough to contend.

the last two performance given their magnitude and the lack of any preparation is telling. he's bottom third in the league this year even w the injuries. look at what Indy is doing this year with all their guys hurt.

we call out players for coasting after getting paid.

same thing this guy is doing. got paid, had injuries and his built in excuse to take the year off.

There was a smaller difference among teammates than the difference in level of play from those teams to what we saw tonight.

He got carried to a WCF. Then we faced a true contender and he got exposed, just like the year before when we got swept in the first round as a 3 seed.

When will we know if certain members of the organization are going to take next year off? I'd like to use that information to place some wagers!

Excuses and the truth collide. I dont care who he plays they arent winning with this roster. I like Gabriel and Little and want to see them play more but they arent winning more games with them. Their just using the year to develop at that point which is fine. This roster is awful, I dont care what coach they bring in its not making them win considerably more games. Im all for a coach change, Ive said that. Just think this team lacks talent and thats the main culprit to their bad play. For the most part in basketball talent wins.

With 37 losses, the Blazers with the 4th most losses in the WC. Hopefully we get luck in the Draft. Getting to #10 (doubt #8/9 are in reach due to our 2 game win streak recently) at least gives us a small chance of getting in the Top 4.
