Division 1 College refs get paid at least $1,100 a game on the low end. $2,200 a game on the high end. When I referee a division 3 game, I get $300 for that hour and a half worth of work. Even when I referee middle school games on the weekend it's $25 an hour. Jussayin'. Now, I referee over 300 basketball games a year. Do the math.
