But in reality he's an inconsistent young player who didn't have a lot of tape on him.
Now that their is tape on him and he's not hitting shots. It's not as easy for him to get highlight plays.

Perhaps that has to do with his defender getting physical with him.
Layman is a player who makes pretty plays. Physical play disrupts him.
