Randle is leaps and bounds above both of those players offensively too.

Tristan Thompson is one of the better pick and roll defending big men of the last 7 years. I wouldn't call that limited defensively.

Not to get down in the weeds on technicalities but was Kevin Love the 4 or 5 for Cleveland? I personally feel like Love and Bosh gave up a lot of their games to play with Lebron, not necessarily a bad thing.

I mean, Thompson's ability to switch and keep Curry in front of him was one of the unsung keys to Cleveland winning a championship. It doesn't really matter what position he was playing.

And I agree that one of the greatest players of all-time who is in the top-10 in career assists makes his teammates better!

Not to get down in the weeds on technicalities but was Kevin Love the 4 or 5 for Cleveland? I personally feel like Love and Bosh gave up a lot of their games to play with Lebron, not necessarily a bad thing.

Neither Thompson nor Love were forcing KD off his spots when Green slid to the 5 and KD played the 4.
So due to matchups I'd say both were a 5. iirc that forced thompson or love off the court.

Not to bag on the guy even more but against a zone having a guard like Evan Turner who can't shoot allows them to basically guard 4 guys with 5.

At least it shows that he tries on defense. But he's gotta be smarter and don't close out too hard.
