The Trail Blazers have won four straight home games and 13 of their last 15 games at the Moda Center.

LOL I mean, if that last 7 seconds is not the blueprint that Philly is tanking, I don't know what is. It's like they were INSTRUCTED to miss the rim, overstep the line, and not foul with 7 seconds left. They tie it, then just bungle all of it.

Aminu 20 points on 50% shooting.

Best game of his career....

Ish Smith was one assist away from a triple double 17/14/9

Wow, I know it's not all on Lillard, but Dame needs to really work on his defense this summer.

Stotts should consider giving these guys two days off after Mondays game. They look exhausted. All of Lillard and mccollums shots are hitting front rim. That means tired legs. Outside of Dame, no one has ever played this many minutes.

Why would they be trying to tank now? They have the worst record locked up so a win doesn't effect their draft pick.

Yeah. Dame and Plumlee looked like they had nothing in the tank. It's a long season. Plus Mason is probably pissed abut this week..... :)

Well if we can string together some wins on this homestand we could start looking at the 5 seed. At a point tonight I was more worried of becoming the 9th seed.

We play great when the game is within 5 points but more than that and we've put together epic choke jobs. At least Sac will be in second of back to back so hopefully we don't look like the tired team for a change.

Haha haha. The one game out of the year I miss I am so glad it is this one.

I love Martell. Always wished he'd have made a swan song here.

"We didnt respond defensely the way we needed too." We played D--- tonight?

Why is Alexander inactive? I could understand DNP but Kaman and Caunaghton are both getting DNPs (and Montero) while Alexander, who's a better player with better potential and who's a PF while Meyers Leonard is unable to play, isn't even an option for Stotts.
I think this has been the greatest disadvantage of our coaching staff, their inability to make the right calls and make adjustments. They are sticking to their plan even when their plan sucks, and their plan sucks because they're sticking to it and show no ability to adjust, no creativity in the decision making.
As a coach you need to react. You're unable to react if you decided your substitution pattern not before the game, monthes before the game. It just doesn't work this way.
I try to avoid being antagonistic but I think if Neil Olshey is one of the best GMs in the league, Stotts is maybe the worst coach. I don't think the players have faith in him, I don't, I don't know how anyone who understand basketball would have faith in him. He is not a coach, not a leader, not a decision maker. I was hoping he could get better but his inability to change is exactly his weakness. I'm hoping we don't rehire him after this season
