Poor coaching tonight. I'm a big Stotts fan, but he let his starters rest for far too long to open the fourth. Any couch-surfing coach could see what was brewing from his 120' screen.

If the Blazers lose, this one is on Stotts and his inability to make adjustments on the defensive end. Yes, the Blazers intentionally allow their opponents to shoot mid-range jumpers, but they need to adapt if that's the strong suit of their opponent, like it is tonight against Chris Paul and the Clippers. If this is their first round opponent, I wouldn't be surprised to see a sweep for the Clips. Stotts just hasn't shown an ability to make adjustments in-game (another example was in the Dallas game when Dame kept getting switched into Dirk time and again). Need a defensive minded specialist as an assistant.

We blew a 20 point lead at home in a semi must win game to a team that's coming off a hard fought game last night. This recent 5 game skid and tonight's epic choke job is just a preview of what's coming in the playoffs imo
