Dame is just forcing shots trying to get himself going. And CJ is just reverted back to CJ. This two guard thing has got to stop.

The Blazers complete a winless road trip with another ugly game against the Cavs. The Blazers Uprise Postgame Show is going live now. Come join us!

32-73 from our 6-3 and under crew, 8-17 from everyone else.

17-46 from the starting back court. 23-44 from everyone else.

The Dame/CJ back court has proven time and time again to not work. We should take the best forward we can get for CJ and move on. These games of Dame and CJ putting up 40+ shots at low efficiency are killing us. Yeah, Dame will come out of his slump but MeJ will still be here. It does not work, it has not worked and it will not work... Neil needs to make that move now.

not even close to good enough yet....they've got a dozen more games or so to get out of the funk and show some momentum

Positives are we outrebounded them by 4 and only had 9 turnovers. Powell 9 for 15, 3 for 6 on threes and 3 steals and 2 blocks.

there was some low rent documentary on one of the cable channels a few years ago; they were interviewing female porn stars. They were talking to some blonde and the interviewer asked her what her favorite thing was about anal sex was. She thought about it a moment, and said "when it's over"....I'm beginning to feel that way about this season

So many comments with “Chauncey” replacing “Stotts”, I kinda love it

What happened to this Nassir Little fellow that we heard so much about in training camp?

That may be true, but saying it based on what we’ve seen on this trip is not really doing anything to make the case. Dame is in a massive shooting slump and CJ isn’t doing much better. You can’t fairly evaluate this roster until we see how it works when those guys are somewhere close to their norm.

I'm saying based on six years of experience, the current trends are just reinforcing what's been obvious for a while now.

Dame at least was +5, and looked a lot more like the old Dame in the second half. But part of that was he was doing his old thing of just walking it up the court.

We are not trying to run. Dame just won't.

God I love watching ya see this. I been telling ya for years this shit ain’t working

Look at all these teams rebuilding and already showing results.. unbelievable

I mean it’s almost like posters think coaching is easy and anyone can do it
It’s definitely not easy. But Stotts didn’t do anything to merit a 10th season with the team. It was time to move on. We got a new coach, that is a rookie himself. It will take time for him to instill his system and philosophy. We also get the opportunity to gain some insight/information as to whether the problems was actually due to the coaching or the roster.

I find it petty and pathetic that there are a faction of Blazers fans (more so on Twitter than on here), that are taking pleasure in the early struggles so it can serve as some form of vindication for their demigod Terry Stotts.

I was 100% fine with the coaching change. My past posts would show that. It is still funny that the exact same posts are being made about Billups that Stotts got. Like Billups was going to come in and all the shit people hated before would magically disappear. It’s just replacing one name with the other.

0-5 on the road mostly against poor quality teams ie cavs and 76ers bench. Went from being positive after the clippers home win to pretty bad negative.
