Close game 128-124. Tough loss for the Bulls.

Now if your point is the Kings suck? I would remind you they beat the Nuggets not once but twice! They have beat the Suns who are currently 6-2.
They also played to the last shot against Houston. The Kings this year have played some solid ball at times.

Are we really going to start trying to gauge a team off of what they do against another team because this is classic ridiculous fanboy shit.
If so can we just say the Blazers have beat the Lakers therefore they are the current Champions?

Sadly true. Houston without 4 rotation players, barely won in OT.
Chicago without 4 rotation players, became the only team in the league this season to lose a 20 point lead.

There’s NO way we win this game tonight. We suck. Can’t play defense.
 
If we are able to win, it will be a miracle sent from above.

We all know it's going to be first blowout. And we should give Terry livetime extension after this game, cos he is so nice for HCP.
 
Minny has won 1 playoff game over the previous 16 years. 15 out of 16 years in the lottery and they will be there again this year.

they suck...as a team and as a franchise

and yet, they seem to be able to beat the Blazers at least once every year. Is tonight the night?

The idea that we don't have talent on defense is not true because of good defenders in Gary, DJJ and RoCo and a good paint protector in Nurk. If we played Dame, Gary, DJJ, RoCo and a physically and mentally in shape Nurk with some better defenders and one good scorer off the bench, we would likely be around 10th on defense and our offense would probably also be aound 10th. Obviously we have the talent to make those trades. It would still take very different coaching.

I don't know if having a barely plus defense and a barely plus offense is better than having what I think will be an elite regular season offense and a really bad defense. Two extremes or just above average?
 
Not that I'm advocating this, but put Thibs in charge of RoCo, DJJ, Trent and Nurkic from a defensive standpoint and see what happens.
 
against chicago, nurk played his best game of the season and although it was still not good enough, he was trending in a positive direction

hopefully we keep feeding nurk tonight, we need a lot of dame & nurk pnr and hopefully nurk continues trending in a positive direction

No...I don't need constant negative affirmations during games after or before them....this team is a work in progress...I'm a fan and I cheer for them to win tonight and support them ...call it what you like. I don't spend one minute listening to the nba spin doctors like Bayless either...waste of time in my view. Every game is a fresh start....I don't bring baggage to them if possible..game threads are my least favorite part of the forum because of angst filled critics.....I understand a lot of folks here enjoy that part of the Blazers experience....I'm not one of them. This team is not trash....it's just not synched up yet
