GAME THREAD: BLAZERS @ RAPTORS - 11/17/13, 10:00 AM (PST)

speeds, with DeRozan and Gay locked in, would it be a sure-fire lock to take Wiggins if he's on the board when you pick? How much does the Canadian thing play into it?
Gay's not locked in. He can opt out or be traded. He's not long for this team. I would imagine that Wiggins would be the pick if those three or four prospects (including Exum) are close at the end of the year. If not I hope the Raps have the sense to take the best one they can get their hands on rather than pick Wiggins because of his passport.

I'm glad Dame finally found Dame in OT, but I wish he would have done that sooner.

Batman saved our asses tonight.

I just looked at KG's stats for this year, and noticed he's dropped like a STONE in his production. Is that due to age, or just the system in Brooklyn? or is he injured?

OT might have done us some good just now. Gut check win. Some awful D by Nic, but big threes.

Nice to see them win a close game on the road. I don't think much of the Raptors, but they showed a little bit of resilience in the face of adversity at the end when it mattered most.

But goddamn, I really don't want to see LMA at the line at the end of games anymore - "he aint got it."

I think he's injured b/c of his age, and BKN kinda sux.

I was wondering the same thing. I haven't watched Brooklyn at all, so I'm curious as well.

Heck yeah, Nic was consistently great all night. He's not the hero we deserved, but the one we needed.

Considering we were 6-0 when we were up in the 3rd quarter, your assessment is a little... wrong.

No, they've blown a lot of leads and played some sloppy ball in the 4th a few times this year. Against the Celtics they had 9 turnovers in the 4th.

Maybe he's saving himself, but it wouldn't be shocking if Father Time finally got him in a choke-hold.

I should add that with the way teams are already tanking I would be surprised if the Raps have a top-5 pick. They just aren't awful enough, yet. Ujiri needs to blow up the debris and then blow up the crater for us to lose 60 more games.

Alright, getting kicked out of the building. I'll try to find somewhere else for a Forensic Fan post. If not, manana!

How about some love for Olshey? He's pretty much turned the team around in two seasons.

I won't deny the last two games have been horrible.

But a few means more than 2, and the only other game I can remember us being really bad in the 4th was against Phoenix, and we were just bad all game, and still won.

That's the whole thing. If we can fix them early in the year, and still be winning this ugly games... it makes it a lot better down the road. So, I'm not too worried. -yet-

lmao. the toronto Real GM forum.

I saw at least 8 posters hoping for a tank. Do we have that many here that are THAT negative? lol.

That was their one good quarter where they actually ran offensive sets and executed.

Well - one good play, where the sea parted for Lillard. lol.

I was so frustrated that whole game listening to it, so I could have just enveloped it all into one.

They managed to score 28 in that quarter. I wasn't talking about one wide open pick and roll.
