They didn't give us the game. We stopped giving up Express Lanes to the hoop, made a couple of more shots (still WELL below average), and held them to jumpers that they missed.

Yeah, there isn't a legitimate hoops expert (Kersey or Holton) on the panel tonight, so he's completely uninhibited. That's pretty much what I thought. The Blazers dug themselves into a pretty big hole in the first half. They must have done something right to get out of it.

Nic Batum could be one of the best defenders in the league... he just doesn't bring the intensity every night. The thing about Nic is that the game comes so easily to him, I don't think he really has to try very hard. He can just float out there and still get a near triple double.

It is, plus when your bench can't score, playing defense is so much harder. We need scoring badly

You could see the intensity from Nic tonight. I just wish we could get that out of him every night..... but I'll settle with near triple doubles in every game. He is what he is.
