On a side note, does anyone agree that these schedules the NBA deals out are ridiculous? 4 games in 5 nights in 4 different cities is absolutely retarded. I wish the NBA would lessen the schedule to 66 games so games are more meaningful and you actually get the best out of players. Plus, I bet there'd be a lot less injuries too.

Yes 4 days in 5 nights is tough but the travel schedule was not an issue the Blazers traveled less than 1000 miles from San Antonio game 1 to OKC game 4.

Plus there is no way in hell there will ever be less games. The 8 less home games would likely cost the team a minimum of 10 million in additional revenue not including what they make for broadcast rights. You are talking around a minimum 500 million dollar loss to the league and in reality the number is probably closer to a Billion dollars or more not ever ever going to happen.

Kobe does not need to talk to get himself fired up maybe KD does or maybe he was doing it to rattle our guys, whatever the reason he scored 46 and his team won the game. If he drops 50 and talks trash the whole time and his team loses he looks like a chump, but they won so I say good move on his part.

We were never really in this game. They outscored us in every quarter but the first.

4 games, 5 nights, all contenders. 2/4 is pretty damn good.

The biggest thing that killed was wasn't the 4th... it was the 10 first half Offensive boards by the thunder.

Oh, and that TROB bonehead play at the end of the 3rd.

Blazers had to make a big comeback for a W last time vs OKC, and this time OKC beat Portland. Both w/o Westbrook.

Not good. We don't want to face them in the 1st round, but luckily that shouldn't happen.

We played OKC with Westbrook earlier this year and beat them. I'm fact, it was Westbrook trying to play 1 on 5 that led to our victory. Bring back Westbrook please.

Only Phx and Portland play 4 in 5 with all games on the road, out west. Phx does it once. Portland three times. 3 guaranteed losses already built into the Blazer's season.
