The refs called that on Matthews last week. That one was pure bullshit. I didn't see this one, but it sounds like the same thing.

Same with Matthews last week. Wes went up with a normal shooting form, the defender came running by and knocked him down, foul Matthews. "Point of emphasis" LOL.
